Where jillive relies on consent as the legal basis for processing (such as for marketing communications), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. 6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 Service Providers (Personal Information Processors)

jillive engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the platform. These providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under the Data Privacy Act and are contractually bound to process your data only on jillive's instructions and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Categories of PIPs include:

• Identity verification and KYC providers
• Payment processors (GCash, Maya, partner banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

6.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosures

jillive may disclose your personal data to government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement agencies where required by Philippine law or a valid legal order. 6.3 Business Transfers

• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for 3 years from the date of each session, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Customer support records: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Marketing preference records: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account, whichever is earlier.

Note that jillive may be required to retain certain data for legal and regulatory compliance purposes even after an erasure request.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where jillive relies on legitimate interest as the legal basis, or where your data is being processed for direct marketing purposes. Upon receipt of a valid objection, jillive will cease the relevant processing unless compelling legitimate grounds exist that override your interests.

Where technically feasible and where processing is based on consent or contract, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request that it be transmitted to another personal information controller.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

10.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the jillive platform. They allow jillive to recognize your device, remember your preferences, maintain your session, and collect analytical data about platform usage. jillive also uses similar technologies such as web beacons and local storage objects.

If jillive becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. jillive employs age verification procedures during the registration process to prevent access by minors. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage individuals from accessing online gaming platforms.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

In the course of operating the jillive platform, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the Philippines, for example where jillive's cloud infrastructure providers or game content providers are located in other jurisdictions.

Where such cross-border transfers occur, jillive ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers. 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jillive reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or platform features.
